What is the difference between a sound alarm and a satellite one?

While the sound alarm emits a sound to alert you, the satellite tracker sends alarm notifications and GPS location directly to your smartphone

How long does the warranty last?

The products benefit from a 3-year warranty starting from the date of installation (2 years guaranteed by law + 12-month extension given by Patrolline). Within this terms the products will be replaced.

I already have an alarm on my vehicle, do I need another one?

Your dealer will probably have installed an audible alarm on your vehicle. With us you can add PatrolSat, a self-managed satellite locator, able to transform a common sound alarm into a satellite alarm device that completes the protection of your vehicle.

How long does the alarm last?

Unlike our competitors, Patrolline systems do not require maintenance. Once installed, they will remain on your vehicle for the entire duration of its use.

What certifications do you have?

Patrolline is a production company that is based and operates in Italy (Albavilla, CO) and therefore has European CE certifications and product approvals. Furthermore, our production cycle follows the ISO9000:2015 directives.

What do I do if there are no Patrolline dealers in my area?

You can purchase the alarm device on our e-commerce website and have it installed by the dealer closest to you. For motorcycle alarms, you can choose to try your hand at installing them thanks to Pin to Pin wiring! You will have the specific installation sheet for your vehicle which will help you step by step to complete the work. Do you need more help? Our technical assistance service is at your disposal!

What is the anti-robbery function?

This is the possibility of checking whether the owner is driving the vehicle or not. Contact us for more information!

Are the products approved?

Yes, all products perfectly comply with CE (electromagnetic compatibility) and RED (signal transmission) regulations. Production takes place at our factories in Albavilla (CO) - Italy

Which App should I download for my alarm device?

Which phones does it work on?

GetPosition App is free both for iOS and Android.

How do notifications work?

Whenever the vehicle is moved, tilted or lifted, the device notifies the alarm via call and message. If connected with a sound alarm, the siren inside will emit a loud sound.

Can I install the App on multiple devices?

Yes you can! By entering your UserName & Password you will be able to locate your vehicle on all your devices (including your computer)

What should I do once I receive the notification?

Statistics confirm that, if the intervention occurs within the first 2 minutes of notification, the percentage of vehicle rescue increases. In fact, you will be able to disturb the thief. If you are unable to intervene promptly, with our device you will be able to turn off your vehicle remotely in safe conditions.

Can the same App track multiple vehicles?

Certainly! When requesting product activation on a new vehicle, you will simply need to remember to provide the same email address used for the previous one. Then, all your devices will be visible through a single App.

Is the SIM included with the tracker?

No, the SIM is not included. The end customer must provide a SIM containing minutes, messages & internet, depending on the tariff plan and coverage most suitable for him

Is the wiring included with the tracker?

Certainly! The satellite tracker is complete with universal wiring (for installation, pls refer to the technical data sheets downloadable from our website https://tech.patrolline.it/index-eng.htm)

What does "self-managed" satellite tracker mean?

Our device sends location and alarm notifications directly to the end user's phone, without any subscription to any operations center

What are Premium satellite tracker services?

These are additional services that the customer can activate at any time. Patrolline will activate them for free for the 1st month, after which the history and push notifications will turn off. However, the real-time position on the map, calls and alarm SMS will remain active, without any additional fee.

Is there a guide for installing the alarm device?

The customer has lost his remote control, how can I memorize a new one?

Through the procedure described in the instruction booklet delivered with the product (QR code) and without dismantling the parts of the vehicle, you will be able to carry out the procedure for memorizing the new remote control.

I have a problem during the installation, what can I do?

Our technical assistance service replies to the mobile number +393664966876 from Monday to Friday (from 9.00 am to 13.00 pm & from 14.00 pm to 18.00 pm)

How is a satellite tracker device activated?

After connecting the product to the vehicle, you must fill in the activation card received with the tracker and send it to info@parolline.it (or via WhatsApp at +393664966876). Our technical assistance service will proceed with the functional verification of the product and will create the username in the name of the end customer on our server www.patrolsat.it

How do I know when the tracker account is active?

Once the registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from our technical assistance.

Which App should I download to check the vehicle through the tracker?

You need to download the free "GetPosition" App (iOS & Android)

How do I know if a car or camping-car is compatible with the CanBus alarm?

There is a list of compatible vehicles on our website https://tech.patrolline.it/index-eng.htm, pls download this file to check the compatibility with the CanBus digital alarm device.

Is a radio siren available?

Certainly! In the TECHNO & PRO kit you will find the Hps98 wireless siren which can speed up installation!

Where can I find the wiring diagrams for installing cars, camping-cars and motorbikes?

How do you program the alarm for cars and camping-cars?

To adapt our control unit to the car, simply use a screwdriver, positioning the alphanumeric selectors on the combination indicated on the technical sheet

The car/camping-car only has one original remote control, can I duplicate it?

Certainly! By purchasing the Hpa974 remote control you will be able to lock your vehicle and arm the alarm as if it were the original
